India Hot Destinations

Replete with a unique blend of outback adventure, quirky wildlife, incredible journeys, awe-inspiring scenery and aboriginal experiences, India has something for everyone, and here at BKS & DKS, we are equally delighted to have all these fascinating destinations and experiences to our holiday portfolio. Since many National Parks were the private hunting grounds of maharajas until 1947 and India’s independence, they are replete with historic forts, hunting pavilions and step wells. Tigers patrol the ramparts of forts, wild elephants wander through crumbling temples and brahminy kites soar over hilltop shrines.

In a sprawling country with 80 National Parks and over 500 Wildlife Sanctuaries, it can be hard to pick a place to visit. It’s best to go between December and March when it is dry, as the weather tends to be pleasant and the reserves are less crowded that time. Try to book Jeeps and elephants ahead to save time and money. In terms of wildlife sightings, these are some of the best of the country’s national parks, all of which can be explored with BKS & DKS.

People come not just to see tiger but a host of other species also. They come to enjoy Camel, Jeep and Elephant Safari. They get acquainted with chinars, peepul and spectral banyan trees. Wildlife photography can be a stunning feature that add magic spell to your visit.
