I made a very rushed decision to visit other parts of India when in Hyderabad for a personal visit. I gave BKS & DKS less than 24 hours notice to arrange everything for including accommodation, land and air transport. The places I wanted to visit were Shirdi, Nashik, Mumbai, Delhi, Agra, Kurukshetra, Mathura, Vrindavan, Lucknow, Ayodyha, Basti, Gorakhpur and Varanasi. Apart from this, I had to visit some of my ancestral villages in UP as well so they had to arrange a driver that was reliable and had local knowledge of the villages that I wanted to visit. Some of these Drivers have now become good friends of ours and we are still in contact even after having left India.

All the arrangements were being made while I was in transit to Shirdi and BKS &DKS lived up to the challenge. I received up to date information on my flights, hotel accommodation, name of driver, etc on my mobile phone and as well as by e-mail. Everything ran smoothly and both my wife and I enjoyed our very first visit to India.

The service through BKS & DKS was personal and very caring and they took account of every little detail for our comfort. I got them into trouble when I paid for the arrangements with my Australian MasterCard only to later find out that due to local banking arrangements, funds will be released to BKS & DKS in 7 days. This did not deter them in any way and they continued with the service provision without cash being made available and by the time they got the cash from Master Card, I was towards the end of my journey.

I recommend them to any prospective traveller who wishes to challenge them in service delivery as they are second to none.
