The City Palace, Jaipur 

The City Palace Complex in Jaipur features among the landmarks.  
Maharaja Jai Singh II of the Kachhwaha clan of Rajputs laid the foundation for city palace which further witnessed additions and enhancements by his successors. The City Palace exhibits a great mixture of Rajasthani and Mughal styles, comprising more than a few structures, courtyards, gardens and buildings. Numerous fabulous small palaces and halls like the Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal and Badal Mahal, could easily be seen inside the city palace.  Besides the well-known temple of Shri Govind Temple, the City Palace Museum also add to the beauty of the complex.  

   

City Palace, Udaipur

The City Palace rightly features amongst the prominent Udaipur’s structure, and ranks higher in the list of significant palaces in Rajasthan. Jaisalmer Fort

Jaisalmer is another extremely popular tourist spot in the fairy-tale land of Rajasthan which impresses tourists with its amazing mix of traditional structures and dazzling sand dunes. The Jaisalmer Fort is such a structure which enthrals those who give a visit to it. Rai Jaisala is credited to construct the fort in the 12th century in search of a more sheltered and safe place than Lodurva to serve as his capital. Serving as a true symbol of the glorious past, the fort abounds with yellow sandstone and gives a beautiful exhibition of the sandy region. With 250 feet tall mammoth structure and 30 feet high crenallated walls, the fort easily depicts the grandeur and magnificence of the olden past.  Akshaya Pole, Suraj Pole, Hawa Pole and Ganesh Pole are four gigantic gateways which make up the gate.


Amber Fort

The impressive Amber Fort at Jaipur remarkably demonstrates the fighting spirit and adventurous living of the courageous Rajputs. The striking Amber fort features prominently among the best peak forts in India, and draws tourists from all across the globe for its extraordinary gates, temples, giant ornate halls, palaces, pavilions and gardens mark. The renowned hilltop palace of Amber Fort adds further charm to the beauty of the pink city. Raja Man Singh laid the foundation of the Amber Fort in 16th Century which also gives a fair idea about the skills of the artisans of that glorious period. The Kali Temple, also the Shila Devi Temple, entices one and all for its colossal silver lions and silver doors. The Hall of Public Audiences, Diwan-I-Aam in the fort and the Ganesh Pol form the integral aspect of the Amer Fort.
