Jaipur

Jaipur is a wonderful touring destination in the princely state of Rajasthan, and it happens to be the capital town of the state. The Pink city, as Jaipur also known with, is credited as the first planned city of India and exhibits princely class through its tranquil settings around the town with wide streets. As for the name pink city goes, the city greeted the Queen Elizabeth II and the Prince in 1876 by coloring all its possible locations with pink. And then, the name stuck…and thus still continues.
